4.2 Data Security
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including data transmission encryption, storage encryption, and access control, to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure data security, given the complexity of the network environment and the limitations of technological development, we cannot completely eliminate all potential security risks. In the event of an information security incident due to force majeure, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will do our best to cooperate in handling the matter, but will not assume any related liability. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you properly safeguard your personal information and work together to maintain information security.
4.3 Data Storage Location
Your personal information is stored on servers located in the United States and the European Union, depending on your region of use. For EU users, data transmission to servers outside the EU (such as the United States) complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) to ensure consistent data protection standards.
